About Us

Hi-Tech Products Ltd was formed in December 2004 by Wade Brealey. With 5 years previous experience managing another UK Ink company and 12 years in the New Zealand and Australian Ink industry he decided to put that experience to good use.

The company had clear goals and targets so grew very rapidly. Year on year Hi-Tech Products have grown 40-50% and have increased factory size from 1200sqft to 2400 sq ft then to the current new site (Nov 2010) which is 8000 sq ft. The company now produces 40-50 tonnes of waterbased ink every month.

Quality and service has always been of the highest priority and due to this Hi-Tech Products has continued to grow. This latest move has allowed the company to invest into the new site with not only new experienced personnel but with new equipment. A Lab emulsifier and basket mill, spectrophotometer, custom built laboratory and 2 new manufacturing stations for stock and finished inks have increased capacity and commitment to their customers.

The company is also working towards ISO9001 : 2008 and with the addition of the Mini-Blend software the doors are open for new export opportunities.
